We don’t have an age limit. Some creators are in their sixties. We affectionately refer to them as GILFs.

For established stars, sex and gender are irrelevant.

For newbs and unestablished creators, our current operational constraints lead us to prioritize those with traditionally feminine
characteristics.*

Anywhere on Earth! As long as we can communicate effectively in English, your geographical location is not a barrier.

Creators must have smartphones capable of capturing, sending, receiving, and uploading high-definition images and videos, features available on most modern devices.

Owning a modern laptop capable of handling high-definition photos and videos would greatly benefit you, but it’s not required.

We recommend obtaining a quality microphone, an adjustable phone stand, and adjustable/dimmable ring lights. In specific situations, we can assist in acquiring these items.

While professional cameras are beneficial, they are not necessary.

You can expect to generate at least 6 figures within your first year. Dedicated creators generate 7.

Bear in mind that, if your application is approved, it means we are choosing to invest thousands of hours of time and tens of thousands of dollars into you. If we didn’t believe in you, we wouldn’t offer to work with you.

There is no catch. We’re a marketing and management firm dedicated to your success. We market and manage creators in exchange for a percentage of the profits we generate for them.

Our fee varies between 10-50%, dependent on your status and the level of investment needed.

If you’re an established star with a large social media presence and you don’t require much investment, we’ll likely charge 10-20%.

For new or unestablished creators* requiring more investment, we may charge 50%. While it may seem substantial, consider this: we invest thousands of hours and tens of thousands of dollars into new creators. We can do more in a month than most can do in a year, and the majority of our newbs end up generating numerous times more revenue than their peers do.

We understand new creators won’t stay new forever. When the time comes for you to shine, we follow company protocol to give you the option to renegotiate your contract.**

* If you’re not earning at least a grand per week, net, we consider you unestablished.
** It’s company protocol to offer creators the option to renegotiate after meeting three criteria:

1. They become established, comfortably supporting themselves without financial assistance, and without having to work another job.

2. We recover our investment. Most new creators easily achieve this within their first year.

3. We’ve generated a fair and reasonable profit. To grow, prosper, and give others opportunities, we aim for a fair and reasonable profit.

Contract length varies and is dependent on the creator’s status and the level of investment needed.

If you’re an established star with a large social media presence and you don’t require much investment, we’ll likely approve a month-to month or quarter-to-quarter contract.

For new or unestablished creators* requiring more investment, we may require a 1 or 2-year commitment.
